Applied Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology (AK), developed by Dr. George Goodheart in 1964, uses bioenergetic feedback through testing the strength of various muscles in the body. This highly individualized, in-depth system of analysis allows the doctor to assess various aspects of a patient’s state of health by evaluating and treating postural and muscular imbalances, neurovascular and neurolymphatic points, subluxation, cranial-sacral movement, acupuncture meridians and nutritional status. This is a highly effective treatment system which focuses on whole body care.

A/SERT

We specialize in an allergy treatment called A/SERT (Allergy/Sensitivity Elimination and Reprogramming Technique). Through a type of reactive muscle testing, the doctor is able to determine what substances a person might be sensitive or allergic to. The doctor then uses several different kinds of needle-less acupuncture techniques to de-sensitive the patient. This treatment can bring about dramatic improvement - at times even total elimination – for all types of allergies. It is simple, non-invasive, and extremely effective. Bio-Mat Session

A Bio-Mat is a type of therapy that uses far infrared heat, negative ion generation, and electromagnetic radiation protection to help perform different healing functions in the body. You will lay on a warm mat in a quiet room for the duration of your session, which can last either 15 or 30 minutes. With your head on a pillow, you can choose to add a sleep mask or music to your session to increase relaxation.

Cold Laser Therapy

Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet submerged in warm water while the foot bath works.The computerized program is designed to help pull various types of toxins out of the body through the feet, leaving you feeling more energized, and you might even experience a boost in mental clarity! The foot bath uses direct current similar to that of the human body to create an ionic field. The patient places their feet in the bioenergetic water to receive the flow of ions which increases cellular function. Studies have shown that more cellular ATP is produced during treatment which enhances the cells to work and detoxify at a higher rate.

During the process, keep an eye on the water! It will change colors as toxins and other harmful substances are pulled from the body. When the process is done, the patient’s feet will be rinsed with clean water and dried with a soft towel.
